Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using AnimeTag-AI (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the service provider. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. About the Service
The Service is a free web tool that uses an AI model to extract Danbooru-style tags and a content rating from subculture/anime-style illustration images uploaded by users.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Because this Service includes functionality that automatically classifies the content rating of images (including whether they contain adult content), it is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Minors must not use this Service without the guidance of a parent or guardian.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the Service to do any of the following:
- Upload images that sexualize minors or constitute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Generate or upload sexual or defamatory deepfake images of real individuals without their consent
- Upload images that infringe another person's copyright, right of publicity, or other intellectual property rights
- Upload or distribute illegal content that violates applicable law
- Engage in automated bulk requests (abuse), reverse engineering, or other conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Service
If any of the prohibited conduct above is identified, we may restrict use of the Service without prior notice, and the matter may be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
Rights to images uploaded by users remain with the user, and the Service does not store or use images for any purpose other than tag extraction.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as-is," and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the tags and rating classifications generated by the AI model. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes and Discontinuation of the Service
The service provider may change or discontinue all or part of the Service without prior notice, as needed for operational or technical reasons.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
