AnimeTag-AI (the "Service") takes the privacy of its users seriously and provides the following Privacy Policy in order to comply with applicable law.
1. Processing of Uploaded Images
Images uploaded to the Service are transmitted to and processed by our backend server (Hugging Face Spaces) for the purpose of AI tag inference. Images are processed only temporarily in memory for tag extraction and are not separately stored on the server or kept in a database once processing is complete.
2. Information We Collect
- Uploaded image files (processed temporarily; not stored)
- Standard access logs automatically collected by our web server and CDN (Cloudflare), such as IP address, browser information, and access times
- Cookie-based information collected through advertising and analytics tools (see Section 3 below)
3. Cookies and Advertising (Google AdSense)
This Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies to serve personalized ads based on a user's visits to this site or other sites. Users can opt out of the use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Service.
- Cloudflare Pages — frontend hosting and CDN
- Hugging Face Spaces — backend AI inference server hosting
- Google AdSense — advertising (to be enabled after approval)
5. Children Under 14 and Minors
This Service includes functionality that classifies the content rating of images (including whether they contain adult content), and it is not directed at children under 14 or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, and if we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
